Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Audit Workshop website (auditworkshop.com) and your participation in any Audit Workshop training program. By registering, enrolling, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Training Programs Offered
Audit Workshop delivers Exemplar Global Certified Training at Foundation, Internal Auditor, and Lead Auditor levels for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. These courses lead to a Certificate of Attainment issued by Audit Workshop once all assessment requirements are met. They are available self paced online, or as scheduled live and blended sessions held online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, or on site where arranged.
Audit Workshop's flagship Auditing Skills workshop is a practical, instructor led session delivered online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Sessions run for 8 hours (9am to 5pm Melbourne time) with a maximum of 5 participants. Completion is recognised by a Certificate of Attendance issued under the Audit Workshop brand. This workshop is practical and is not certified by Exemplar Global.
Self paced courses are delivered through the Audit Workshop learning platform. Participants access video units, knowledge checks, and, where applicable, task submissions and a final exam, at their own pace. For Foundation courses, completion requires passing the final exam. For Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor courses, completion requires the required task submissions being approved.
2. Registration and Account
You must create an Audit Workshop account to access the platform and course materials.
You must provide accurate and complete information at registration. Your certificate is issued in the official legal name you confirm before issue, which you can enter or update on your Certificates page. Please make sure this name is correct, as your certificate is issued using it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details.
Audit Workshop may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
3. Platform Access and Resources
Access to course materials is granted once payment has been received and confirmed. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Self paced courses are delivered sequentially. Each module is unlocked only after completing the preceding module's units, quizzes, and required task submissions.
Task submissions must be in PDF, Word, or Excel format (maximum 10MB per file). Submissions are reviewed by the trainer and must be approved before the module is marked complete.
Access is provided for the duration specified at enrolment. Extension requests may be considered at Audit Workshop's discretion and may attract an administration fee.
Course content, videos, materials, and resources on the platform are the intellectual property of Audit Workshop. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission.
4. Live and Blended Sessions
Live sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, or on site where arranged.
Minimum and maximum attendance numbers apply. Where minimum enrolments are not reached, Audit Workshop may cancel or reschedule the session. Participants will be offered a full refund or priority transfer to the next available session.
A seat is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Participants are expected to attend for the full session. Late arrival or early departure does not entitle the participant to a partial refund or credit.
Sessions may be recorded for quality and administrative purposes. Participants will be advised before recording commences. By attending you acknowledge that your image, voice, and participation may be captured.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are published on the relevant course page and denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Audit Workshop does not store card details.
International participants are responsible for any foreign transaction fees imposed by their financial institution.
Promotional or early bird codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Retrospective discounts will not be applied.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Written notice that you do not wish to attend, given 14 or more days before the session start date: full refund.
Written notice given less than 14 days before the session start date: no refund. A credit towards the next available equivalent session will be offered.
Not attending without prior written notice: enrolment fee forfeited in full.
If Audit Workshop cancels or reschedules: full refund or priority transfer to the next available session.
A full refund is available where a participant requests cancellation within 30 days of purchase and has not yet started the course.
No refund is available once the participant has started the course, or after 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
7. Certificates and Completion
Certificate of Attainment: issued once all assessment requirements are met, which for Foundation courses means passing the final exam, and for Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor courses means completing the required task submissions. It carries the Exemplar Global digital badge.
Certificate of Attendance: issued for the Auditing Skills workshop and other courses where no graded assessment is conducted, or where a participant takes part without meeting the full assessment requirements. It does not carry the Exemplar Global badge.
Certificates are issued in the official legal name the participant confirms before issue, which can be entered or updated on the Certificates page in the dashboard.
A certificate is issued automatically once all assessment requirements are met, with no manual approval step.
Audit Workshop may withhold or revoke a certificate if evidence exists of fraud or misrepresentation of identity.
On passing a certified course, Audit Workshop issues a digital badge representing your achievement, linked to your certificate and its unique ID. You can download it and add it to your LinkedIn profile from your certificate page.
The badge is tied to the certificate it was issued for. It is valid only while that certificate is valid, and Audit Workshop may revoke it together with the certificate where there is evidence of fraud or misrepresentation of identity.
You may display and share your badge to represent the course you completed. You must not alter the badge, or use it in any way that misrepresents the course, level, or standard it relates to, or that implies certification you have not earned.
Separately, Exemplar Global issues its own digital badge through its badging provider after Audit Workshop reports your completion. That badge is issued and governed by Exemplar Global, and its use is subject to Exemplar Global's terms.
8. Exemplar Global Certified Training
Audit Workshop is an Exemplar Global Recognised Training Provider (RTP No. 310970) and issues certificates directly. Certificate issuance is subject to participants satisfying all assessment requirements.
Participants consent to their first name, surname, email address, and course enrolment information being shared with Exemplar Global, our personnel certification body, for enrolment registration and certificate processing. This consent is required to issue a certified course certificate.
On passing a certified course, you also receive an Exemplar Global digital badge, issued by Exemplar Global separately from your certificate.
Audit Workshop graduates may apply for third party Personnel Certification directly with Exemplar Global. This is optional, sits outside Audit Workshop, and may involve additional steps and fees paid to Exemplar Global.
9. Personal Responsibility and Liability
Audit Workshop provides training to support professional development. We do not accept responsibility for participants' individual professional performance when conducting audits following completion of training.
You declare that the identity information provided at registration is accurate and a true reflection of your own identity.
To the extent permitted by law, Audit Workshop's liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the relevant course.
Audit Workshop is not liable for loss or damage from technical failures outside its control, or from the participant's own hardware, software, or internet connection.
10. Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all Audit Workshop interactions including live sessions, the platform, and communications with staff.
Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent behaviour may result in removal from a session, suspension of platform access, and forfeiture of fees without refund.
Participants must not misrepresent qualifications obtained through Audit Workshop.
11. Technical Requirements
A stable internet connection is required. 10 Mbps or better is recommended for live sessions.
The platform works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled, on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. A desktop or laptop is recommended for live sessions.
