Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor Training Course (Self-Paced Online)

This comprehensive self paced online course prepares you to lead certification audits of an integrated management system against ISO 9001:2026, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2026 together. You will learn to manage an audit programme, lead an audit team, and carry a certification audit from Stage 1 readiness review through the Stage 2 conformity audit, the audit report, and a defensible certification recommendation, using ISO 19011:2026 as your auditing framework.

The course follows a realistic, scenario based approach, so you practise the certification audit the way it happens in the field: setting up the audit programme, planning and leading Stage 1 and Stage 2, directing the audit team, gathering and evaluating evidence, raising findings, reporting, and recommending certification. There are no hard prerequisites for this course.

A working knowledge of the current versions of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, together with prior internal auditing experience, is strongly recommended and will help you get the most from the lead auditor material. If you have not yet audited an integrated system, we recommend completing our Integrated Management Systems Internal Auditor course first as the natural prior step. This course also includes a focused recap of all three standards before the auditing modules.
